Reset Your Apple Device Before Recycling: For our company to refurbish an iPod, or an iPhone it must be reset. In order to reeset the device it must be removed from the previous owner's iCloud. If the devices you want to recycle still work, please remove them from your iCloud so they can be successfuly reset, and the data wiped. They can then be re-used.
